The lottery for The Green at Gardiner’s Point is now open. Applications are being accepted for the new 50 unit housing complex at 290 Three Mile Harbor Road in East Hampton. They are due by July 20 at 4PM. The East End Beacon reported all the details, and where to register.

HIGHGARDEN TOWER RIBBON CUTTING
Georgica Green Ventures proudly celebrated the ribbon cutting of Highgarden Tower with our valued partners including RXR, New Destiny Housing, NYS HCR, NYS OTDA. This new $135 million development has 219 unit affordable apartments and is located in Westchester’s downtown New Rochelle.
