This 55 unit complex is a combination of one, two and three bedroom rental units developed on a 2.78-acre site. Conveniently located near transit and shopping areas, this development will also be home to a non-profit space and retail space.

Submit your application by April 29th. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online by this date. Sending more than 1 application may disqualify you. Applicants will not be automatically rejected based on credit or most background check info. PRIORITY ADMISSIONS: Mobility disability (6 units); Hearing/Vision disability (3 units)

On-Site Amenities:

On-site amenities include a children’s playground, fitness room, residential lounge, common laundry room, mailroom and management office. On-site parking will have access to electric vehicle charging stations.
