Nestled near the water and close to the town center, this community features modern amenities such as resident balconies and patios, a community room, on-site laundry, and outdoor spaces, including a playground. Managed by Georgica Property Management, The Green at Gardiner’s Point exemplifies sustainable living, constructed using environmentally friendly modular techniques and certified under Enterprise Green Communities Criteria 2029 and Energy Star Homes V3.1. This project advances New York State’s goals for Community Renewal and Revitalization and Housing Opportunity Projects, located within a Well-Resourced Area with a top-tier school district and low poverty rates.
