*Rent includes electric, electric cooking, hot water & air conditioning. Income guidelines & permitted household size are subject to change.
**Minimum income is based on 2.5 times the annual rent.

Sending more than 1 application may disqualify you. Applicants will not be automatically rejected based on credit or most background check info.
PRIORITY ADMISSIONS: Mobility disability (6 units); Hearing/Vision disability (3 units)
